1 – BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The booking becomes effective only upon agreement by the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of the duly completed and signed booking contract, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
* If your deposit is not received within 7 days, Camping des 5 Vallées may consider the booking request cancelled.
* A confirmation email will be sent to you, non-transferable to a third party. It must be presented on the day of arrival.
- Bookings are binding on Camping des 5 Vallées only if accepted by the campsite, which reserves the right to accept or refuse them depending on availability and, more generally, any circumstances that may hinder the execution of the booking. Camping des 5 Vallées offers stays intended for families in the traditional sense; accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking that contradicts or attempts to bypass this principle.
- Bookings are strictly personal. You may not sublet or transfer your booking without prior consent from the campsite.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
* Access to the campsite is restricted to persons listed on the rental contract. Any person not listed will be considered a new customer. The campsite will refuse access to groups exceeding the accommodation capacity (including babies and children).
2 - PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted payment methods:- Credit card, bank transfer, holiday vouchers, digital holiday vouchers, cash
Rental:
The deposit paid at booking is 30% of the total stay price.The balance must be paid:
* For rentals and camping pitches: no later than 30 days before arrival
3 – YOUR STAY
Rental:
Arrival:- High season: Saturday from 2:00 PM
- Low season: from 2:00 PM
- Security deposit: €200 (cheque, card, or cash)
- If cleaning is not properly done, €100 will be deducted, plus €18 for dishes if needed.
- Late departures may be charged an additional night at the current rate. Inventory checks are conducted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Camping pitch:
Arrival: from 2:00 PM, departure: before 12:00 PM. Late departure after 12:00 PM will be charged an extra night.If arriving after 7:00 PM, you must notify reception. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures; the full stay remains due.
During your stay:
- Campers are responsible for their personal belongings (bikes, etc.). Camping des 5 Vallées declines all responsibility for incidents under the camper’s civil liability.
- All guests must comply with campsite rules. Any breach may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.
- The main guest is responsible for disturbances caused by people staying with or visiting them.
4 - NO-SHOW ON ARRIVAL DAY
To maintain your booking until the following day at 12:00 PM, you must contact us by phone or email. Without contact, the booking will be cancelled according to Article 5.5 - NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In accordance with Article L.121-19 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.6 - CANCELLATION
1. Modification
Customers may request changes (dates, accommodation type) in writing, subject to availability. No postponement to the following season is allowed. Failing modification, the customer must either keep the original booking conditions or cancel according to the cancellation insurance terms.- Any request to extend the duration of the stay will be subject to availability and current rates.
- Any request to reduce the duration of the stay is considered a partial cancellation and subject to cancellation and interruption terms.
2. Unused services
No refunds for interrupted or shortened stays.3. Cancellation by the campsite
If cancelled by the campsite (except force majeure), the stay will be fully refunded, without compensation.4. Cancellation by the customer
Case 1: Without cancellation insurance- 30 days before arrival: 30% due (deposit)
- 30–15 days before arrival: 100% due
- 15–8 days before arrival: 100% due
- Less than 8 days before arrival: 100% due.
No refund without cancellation insurance.

Refund of deposits or rental amount in case of inability to be present at the holiday location in the event of:
- Illness, accident, or death concerning you, your spouse, or your children;
- Fire, explosion, burglary at your home within the month preceding the rental period if your presence is essential.
- Serious, accidental, or unforeseen work-related issue, dismissal.
- Inability to travel to the holiday destination due to public events.
Refund of the unused part of the stay in case of:
- Accident, illness, or death concerning you, your spouse, or your children, if repatriation to your home is necessary and certified by a medical certificate issued on site.
- Fire, explosion, or burglary causing major damage to your home.
- A death declared as “National mourning” in the country of your nationality.
7 - DEPOSIT AND FEES
Rental:
A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival. The tenant must check the inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies no later than the following morning.It will be refunded upon departure (or sent back within 5 days after departure) after inventory and cleanliness inspection, minus any costs due to damage and/or missing items from the inventory (see Article 3).
Booking fees are included.
*Tourist tax: for rentals and camping pitches, it is due according to the rate set by the Communauté de Communes du Briançonnais.
8 - PETS
One pet per pitch or rental. Valid vaccination record required, health record to be presented on the day of arrival.Category 1 and 2 dogs (e.g. pit bulls, rottweilers…) are not allowed on the campsite premises.
Pets are not allowed in certain rentals (in rentals, only pets under 10 kg are allowed).
Cats are not allowed in rentals.
9 - SWIMMING POOL - AQUATIC AREA
Access reserved for campsite residents. Children are admitted under parental supervision.10 - PLAYGROUND
Children must be accompanied by an adult to access the playground.11 – VISITORS
Visitors and guests must register at reception and pay a fee displayed at the campsite entrance. Their vehicle must be parked in the entrance car park.12 - IMAGE RIGHTS
You authorize Camping des 5 Vallées, as well as any person whom Camping des 5 Vallées may substitute, to photograph, record, or film you during your stay at Camping des 5 Vallées and to use said images, sounds, videos, and recordings on any media (in particular on the Camping des 5 Vallées websites or pages – including Facebook – on presentation and promotional materials of Camping des 5 Vallées and on travel or tourism guides). This authorization applies both to you and to the persons staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote and animate Camping des 5 Vallées and may in no way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a duration of 5 years.Anyone who does not wish to be photographed or filmed is requested to inform reception upon arrival.
13 - DISPUTES
Any complaint concerning non-compliance of services with contractual commitments may be sent by mail or email to the management of Camping des 5 Vallées.14 - LIABILITY of Camping des 5 Vallées
The customer expressly acknowledges that Camping des 5 Vallées cannot be held liable for false information communicated by its partners or any third party and mentioned in the brochure or on the Camping des 5 Vallées website concerning reception sites, in particular presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure, services, and opening dates. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the Camping des 5 Vallées website are non-contractual and for information purposes only. Certain activities and facilities offered by Camping des 5 Vallées and indicated in the brochure description may be cancelled, notably for climatic reasons or in cases of force majeure as defined by French courts.15 - DATA PROTECTION
The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by Camping des 5 Vallées. It will be used only by the internal departments of Camping des 5 Vallées for processing your order and for strengthening and personalizing communication and service offers reserved for Camping des 5 Vallées customers according to your interests. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to personal data concerning you.
